Hints
If you are
sending information about an event: Please send me the
event date, what chapter is holding the event, and where the
event will be. In addition, sending me a flyer is really
helpful since we can just link it easily from the event list.
If the flyer is on your site and I can get to it, send me a
link. I also need your contact information so I can get hold
of you if I need more information. The more information you
send me (via email), the more efficient we both can be. If you
try to mail me something or fax me, it makes alot more work
for all of us so please try to use email and attachments as
much as possible. If you are uncomfortable with email, please
call me and we'll step through the process. Also, flyers
should be in .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) format since not everyone
has Word, Excel, or other products.
If you need a
flyer designed for your event: Contact me and we'll
make arrangements.
If you see an error on the
site: Email me right away and let me know. The sooner
you let me know, the less time the mistake will be on our
site.
If you sent me something and didn't get a
confirmation back: Hopefully my spam filter isn't
blocking you out but if you don't receive confirmation in a
reasonable amount of time, call me and we'll get it resolved!
